Fernet Stock 1 l - Czech herbal liqueur with a bitter character

Fernet Stock is an iconic Czech herbal liqueur with an exceptionally bitter and full character. It is made according to a traditional recipe from 1927, which has roots in Italian herbal liqueurs. The base is a blend of 14 herbs, including gentian, chamomile, wormwood, and cinchona bark. Two of the herbs come from local sources, while the rest are carefully selected from various corners of the world.

The herbs are macerated in triple-distilled alcohol for eight weeks, after which they undergo filtration and then age for several months in oak barrels. The result is a complex, harmonious liqueur with an unmistakable taste and aroma. Fernet Stock is best enjoyed as an aperitif, digestif, or in a refreshing cocktail with tonic.
